I had 3M film installed about 17 months ago and it has been great. I was going for a black look rather than a reflective look.

Congrats on the LS. I also have a kit for my car and most of it is held on by 3M tape along with the factory bolts. As far as film I have the 3M film and it keeps the car really cool.

I would just get standard tinting. A friend got ceramic and there were inconsistencies in the material...my tint guy won't even use it because of that. The friend took it back and they put on standard Solar Guard and it looked great. i like 22% on all 4 sides, and 13% on the rear windshield, personally.

it depends on the quality of the film. i have huper optik and no consistency problem. application is harder though coz' it's thick

Does anyone know where I can either a set used 19" stock wheels or aftermarket ones that look like the factory ones? I bought a 2008 LS460L Tour. but original owner ordered the 18" chrome telios wheels. I would be happy to trade.
