What tires do you have and what are the tire specs. CHoice of tire makes a huge difference. The aspect ratio also plays a big role. Most wheel dealers sell lower grade tires because people usually freak out over the cost os new wheels and expensive tires. I'll bet you're running something on the cheaper side.

Edit:
Didn't see the previous post. Yeah, I hate Falkens. Find an all-season high performance tire and you'll be pleasantly surprised. I have 245-30 fronts and have no complaints. I'm on Continental DWS. Don't know if they come in 22.
The most comfy tire I've ever had was Bridgestone 960AS but I really doubt it comes in 22. Next bext is Michelin PS2. It's not all-season but I loved it. The Michelin Pilot Sport AS is also a great choice.

Those specs are pretty normal for what you have. I will be riding 245/30 in the front as well, but 295/25 in the rear. I ordered pirelli's tho.

this is why i got 20's... but most ppl laugh as too small. just drove it 400 miles round trip and it feels 5% less smooth than the stock 18" and is 20% noisier only when going over a bridge with concrete vs asphalt.

It looks 90% better than stock and 80% as good as a 22".

and my wife drives it 85% of the time.

i was a math major.... therefore i came up with those random numbers

and its not lowered but with a dark car at night.. everything is black so it does not look raised to me.

i am not blind and i do think a 22" lowered looks amazing and is the best looks wise for sure... no dought about that in any way, if i had 2 ls460's and was not planning to put 100k miles on this car.. i would drive around on the 22" as a baller, but have to compromise to get the most out of this smooth luxury car.

plus a good 22" wheel and tire set up is about $5,000 initially plus $1700 every 10k miles in tires. the 20's are half that cost as well.

To each there own, I believe the BMW 750 runs on 19" and I don't believe the wheel looks small.

Hey, you gotta do what you like bro ... I drive on 22's only in the summer, but stock goes on in the winter months.

I had 22" MHT wheels and PZero Nero tires with my 07 LS460, but the ride was so poor and I also had a strong spped sensitive vibration even with wheels and tires RoadForce balanced. The whole thing set me back >5K and weeks of hassels. The dealer even said the non L 460s will always vibrate if not using stock 18 or smaller wheels and Michelin tires!

Are you getting any vibration between 72 & 76?

It's all about how well they are mounted/balanced ... I've had mine on for 4 days now, and it's incredibly smooth, NOTHING like what people were telling me. I have a LWB though, so that may be why.

complete bs. it's about how good the shop / tech is, not about the car

Looks good.

With all the wheel choices out there, why Asantis?

I never understood the allure.

It's all marketing, like BOSE I guess.
