Edit:
Didn't see the previous post. Yeah, I hate Falkens. Find an all-season high performance tire and you'll be pleasantly surprised. I have 245-30 fronts and have no complaints. I'm on Continental DWS. Don't know if they come in 22.
The most comfy tire I've ever had was Bridgestone 960AS but I really doubt it comes in 22. Next bext is Michelin PS2. It's not all-season but I loved it. The Michelin Pilot Sport AS is also a great choice.

this is why i got 20's... but most ppl laugh as too small. just drove it 400 miles round trip and it feels 5% less smooth than the stock 18" and is 20% noisier only when going over a bridge with concrete vs asphalt.
It looks 90% better than stock and 80% as good as a 22".
and my wife drives it 85% of the time.
i was a math major.... therefore i came up with those random numbers
and its not lowered but with a dark car at night.. everything is black so it does not look raised to me.
i am not blind and i do think a 22" lowered looks amazing and is the best looks wise for sure... no dought about that in any way, if i had 2 ls460's and was not planning to put 100k miles on this car.. i would drive around on the 22" as a baller, but have to compromise to get the most out of this smooth luxury car.
plus a good 22" wheel and tire set up is about $5,000 initially plus $1700 every 10k miles in tires. the 20's are half that cost as well.

I had 22" MHT wheels and PZero Nero tires with my 07 LS460, but the ride was so poor and I also had a strong spped sensitive vibration even with wheels and tires RoadForce balanced. The whole thing set me back >5K and weeks of hassels. The dealer even said the non L 460s will always vibrate if not using stock 18 or smaller wheels and Michelin tires!
Are you getting any vibration between 72 & 76?

It's all about how well they are mounted/balanced ... I've had mine on for 4 days now, and it's incredibly smooth, NOTHING like what people were telling me. I have a LWB though, so that may be why.
