Default New rim suggestion. Opinions?

I have a LS460L 07 and want to replace the rims on it. It has the standard 18" fan rims and I really want something nicer on it. I was thinking of getting them chromed or upgrading to the 19" LS600 rims in chrome but I think I may go A/M. I really like these

http://www.vossenwheels.com/vossen-wheels-vvs083.html

I would want to get 20" rims as I dont want to sacrifice too much of the ride quality and alot of people on here say that 20s are a good compromise and minimal difference in ride quality. Plus I love the elegance of these rims.

Any comments or suggestions. Not sure on Vossen's quality but in my experience most A/M wheels dont last much more than 2-3 years which I am ok with.

I am also considering to put Continental DWS's on them as Discount suggests these over others.

vossen wheels are pretty good quality from what i have read, more and more people have them. 20s is a good size on look vs ride. good thing is they have good warranty period. i always like the look of 083!

I forgot to mention that I am unsure if I want staggered wheels or not. The OEM wheels are not staggered. If I didnt get staggered I could at least rotate them front to back and back to front.

Has anyone gotten non staggered? I wouldnt say its important for me to get the rears wider but if spending the money I dont want it to look stupid either.

i just did some rough calculation. if you want to do same setup all around so you can rotate tires, and assume you get a front setup that's pretty much flush with the fender. then the rear wheel, you will probably see about 1/2" to 3/4" gap inset from the fender. you can probably look at your stock 18s now and get an idea too. it won't look as good, but if you are not going to lower your car i don't think it will look too bad

Thats a nice choice of wheel. I saw them in person and they are a good compliment to the LS but you might want to consider a 22" wheel. I had the chance to ride in a LWB model with 22s and there wasnt much difference. I myself just placed the order from vossen for the 22" VVS-CV1s for my 460L. Im going staggered though.

^^^ has the OEM chrome 5-spoke wheels for ~$400 each, saw those on an LS at the dealership the other day and I'm a big fan.

Same here... I had beautiful 19's on my daily driver, an Acura TL. My wife damaged two in one trip to the grocery store!! If I was going to upgrade my LS, I'd go for the LS 600h wheels or max 20" A/M.

the zweel are nice (i have them in 20s on my gs350), but price wise it's going to be pretty insane compared to some other wheels OP considering

Those were in the running until I saw the price difference. I can afford them but dont see the value in the price difference.
