Default Need advice

I want to buy this stuff and set it into my car (LS460), but I am not sure if it can work on my car, here are some statistics I copied from the website:
Working voltage: 12V
Ozone density: 3mg / h
Anion density: ≥60 million / cm³
Operating current: < 60MA
Color: Blue
Dimension: 85 x 25 x 25mm

Is there anyone who has used this stuff and can inform me the relevant informations? Thank you in advance.

You should explain this is an air ionizer/purifier; then you might get some comments. Although, the car's built-in air filter does a commendable job to begin with. Still, the ionizer might increase the level of negative ions in the cabin which might suppress road rage impulses, I guess...

China has become the gimmick kingdom in a few short years...

Sorry that it is my negligence.
I want to buy such a stuff because sometimes I find the air in the cabin is very terrible if I closed all the windows.
Haha. it seems that China makes a bad impression on you, nevertheless, the prices of " made in China" is very low.
