I have the factory All Weather mats on the LS. I bought them delivery day, October of 2006. I kept the factory All Weather mats from my previous 2004 GX470 and they fit fine on the GX460.

Yeah, I've heard the GX 470 mats fit the GX 460. The only problem is, Lexus quit selling the all weather mats with the stuck acceleartor problems. I'm going to wait until Lexus starts selling the all weather mats for my GX 460. I've heard the GX 470 cargo liner won't fit the GX 460, so I'm waiting for the cargo liner as well. I have the factory all weather mats on my LS 460 and they're great.

Does anyone have first hand experience with either the WeatherTech DigitalFit FloorLiners for a 2007 LS 460L? From the comments above it is clear the Lexus mats fit well, however they are not available and I have no confidence they will arrive on the scene before winter.

JKN2000, I take it you have the WeatherTech All-Weather mats in your '07 LS 460L? Glad to hear those fit. I may go that route.

Get the weathertech mats not the liner though. The mats are awesome. Stay away from the weathertech liner in terms of mats. The liner is quite slippery whereas the all weather mats are rubbery and safer in terms of not slipping when braking or hitting the accelerator.

The all weather lexus mats suck. I believe they are made by weathertech but they have different grooves and are probably much more expensive since the dealership is gonna rip you.

I had a set in my LS430 which i recently sold. I have the cargo liner for my LS460 and its awesome. I was going to use the LS430 weathertech mats in my LS460 but decided to give it to the buyer and just buy a new set that will fit my LS460.

I have a set of Weathertech mats on order for my 2008 LS 460.

They are worth every penny.

Please let us know how the fit is when they arrive. I'm sure you are right about the difference between SWB and LWB. Do you know if there is any difference in mat fit between '07 and '08. I base this question on the fact that SewellParts.com offers the premium carpet floor mats for '08 but not '07. That lead me to believe the fit between model years must differ. Does anyone know if that is correct?

Will do. I misread your question and thought you said that its not available at all for the L version . I checked on the weathertech site and its showing that 2007 and 2008 are the exact same mat fit. The model/part number are the exact same too.

The cargo liner is a perfect fit.

I highly recommend the weathertech mats.

They are better and i believe cheaper than the Lexus all weather mats.

From what i understand the lexus all weather mats are also made by weathertech but the grooves/pattern is different.

The weathertech mats hold a Quart and a half of water, sand or dirt in their ridges and grooves.

All good points. A full set of their DigitalFit FloorLiner are $169 compared to $109 for the All-Weather mats, so another reason to prefer them. My wife has a WeatherTech cargo liner in her Beetle which appears to be the same material as their FloorLiner product. It works well there for containing spills but I suspect you are correct about it being slick under foot. Thanks for your help.

Not a problem. Yeah my friend has the weathertech floor liners and i remember he was telling me they work but its slippery so it can be dangerous. I sat in his car and i know what he means. My cargo liner is even quite slippery and there is no way i would put that kind of a material around my feet.

I will let you know how they are in my LS460 once i get them in which i'm guessing will be later this week.

I can tell you the Cargo Liner is awesome. Its more pricey that a set of front and rear all weather mats. However Its worth it if you use your trunk a lot. The fit is perfect and its working great.

Yes I do have the all-weather mats. Haven't had any problems. It is true, the floorliner mats are slippery, as I've sat in an LS460 w/ floorliners; thus going w/ the all-weather mats.

The mats and eylets of the hooks fit perfectly.
I purchased a car with a smell of tobacco .
After throwing out the original Lexus mats and throughly vacuuming the car/change air filter, the smell is gone.

I just ordered the Weathertech all-weather mats. Not going to wait for Lexus to re-release their mats. Thanks for all of your inputs.

They fit perfectly as good as the stock mats if not better.

Now i finally have a full setup including the all weather mats and cargo liner .

I got the Weathertech all-weather mats today. The front mats fit perfectly and the eyelets for the hooks are perfectly placed. The rear mats, however, do not come with eyelets for the hooks, and are short on coverage toward the front. I just use my OEM carpet mats as guides to mark the positions of the eyelets, and just cut out the holes. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I can tell you that I've used Weathertech mats in everything I've owned since 1989, but the more complex the footwell, the more generic a fit the Weathertechs are. . until now.

In both my 98 and 01 GS I had the same set of 4 Weathertechs. Eventually the heel well wore out (even with side to side rotation; yes, the 2 front mats and the 2 back mats were pairs) but one thing about the scalloped design is that different shoes would catch it differently, some grime would stay in the wells of the design, and they weren't that female or high heel friendly.

So, with the Lexus versions banned because of people who buy cheap floor mats that wad up under the accelerator, I chose Hexomats. The down side is that it is obvious it is just cut from giant sheets of rubber, and they smell like you're smoking wacky weed in your car for a few weeks (which is why I let them sit outside for 2 weeks before installing) but the cut is exact to the foot-well dimensions.

I'm glad to see that Weathertech offers an exact measured version. Go for that. The standard semi-custom fit is not what you want in your flagship (my 89 Honda Prelude Weathertechs also fit my 88 Nissan Pathfinder, as an example.)
