I just purchased a new 2010 LS and I want to get the best sound from it. It is an awesome system!! My settings right now are: 3 right treble, 2 right mid, and 1 right bass; balance is middle (default). I know that we have different preferences for listening, but I would like to try any recommended settings; especially from those who have "played" with the ML for a longer period of time. Appreciate it.

I think flat is the best setting. Let the music be heard as it was recorded.

Also depends on what you are listening to, and what the source is. i.e. ipod, cd, etc.... It sounds a little different b/c of the way they were recorded onto the media.

I listen to music a lot at volume 30. I set the bass & treble to the far left. And yet I'm progressively losing my hearing.

So it's a nice sound system, but be careful!

I do full trebile and mids with 70% bass. I want some depth to my music. I cant believe some leave the steroe settings at flat. Its sound like crap like that. I once had a friend have me adjust his setting because he didnt know what they did???? I was speechless
