Default Cold Car - Noise Under Dash

So for the second day in a row it has been in the mid-teens here in Georgia. When I started my car yesterday and today there was a sound coming from under the dash on the passenger side that sounds like the tone you hear when a television station goes off the air overnight. The tone is steady, not beeping, and last approximately two minutes. It sounds like it's coming from a speaker under the glove compartment.

No error messages or warnings appear on the screen or on the instrument cluster. Tire pressure is good.

Thoughts?

Could it be the clips behind the dash?

There is a TSIB for that. It's been reported many times on this forum, and I've seen more reports in the winter than any time else.

I think with the cold weather the plastic material shrinks which makes the clips issue more obvious.

This noise is definitely coming from a speaker of some sort located under the dash behind the glove compartment. The noise has occurred the past 2 morning when warming up my car and has gone away before driving.

There's a TSB for what Nash suggested, I'm actually having that one done on my car on Thursday. There's also a loose glovebox door TSB, it could be that your engine warm-up RPM's is at just the perfect level to make your glovebox door rattle. And last but not least, there's an opening in the back of your glovebox where you replace the interior air conditioner filter, the A/C has to be set to recirculate when you replace the air filter. There's a servo that controls this door, it's possible that something is stuck in there and messing with the servo.

Here's a PDF on the cabin air filter stuff, if you want to dig a little:
