Thanks for the kind words guys. I am loving the look and the way the car still feel so stock. Relative to my GS the car feels so comfortable. I must admit its kind of cool not having to remember where every bump, crack, or dip is in the road anymore. I feel like the LS460 sits much nicer at stock ride height with 22's than my GS did with 20's. The LS doesnt need to be dropped as badly........for now

You had issues driving the GS? Wasn't it dropped on NF210's?
I have no road issues with mine and the car rides smooth.

he moved to tein cst later on

it's all comparison. with coilovers for sure the ride got harsher on the gs, inevitable. and the ls460 rides of course is much softer

As usual Henry is correct. The GS was on coilovers. Its the lack of stroke on the suspension that made the ride harsh . The suspension didnt have a lot room to soak up bumps. You wont realize it until you drive a stock LS or GS. Yeah it would look bad *** dropped but I think for now I am going to enjoy the car the way it is. It still stirs my heart as I approach her like my GS did.

C mon bro, all you guys got me to drop my GS and I would now have it no other way. The car and wheels are beautiful but in all honesty she is riding a little high. Also why did you go with a 295/25 vs the 285??? the 245 and 285 are the perfect match as far as overall diameter.

Actually if you look at a tire calculator the 295/25 is almost exactly the same diameter and sidewall height as the 245/30. I think the difference was .02". The 285/25 has a smaller diameter than the 245/30. Even the shop recommended the 295/25. Plus with a car that weighs over 2 tons I need all the sidewall I can get

So you're saying the car rode better with lowering springs than with coilovers?

I remember when I had Tein CS on my SC. I did have to drive a lot more carefully. There prolly is some validity to this.

Wow Tammer she is looking good. Great wheel choice. The only thing I miss is that mirror reflection we used to see from your GS but this looks good nonetheless. Hope you and the family are doing well.

I like the look of the wheels on the car.

It will be interesting what (mild) lowering approach is chosen to preserve ride quality.
