Yeah, I too noticed the Serenity's are asymmetric. Why wouldn't they pull? Gotta say it's coming down to the Serenity or the Primacey MXM4.

..this seems to be 'tramlining' , which is the tendency for tires to follow the contour of a road surface .. wider tires, tires larger than stock, and those w/ stiffer sidewalls are more prone to this, and I think asymmetrical tread just exaggerates the effect ..I've always had a little bit of this w/ my IS300 , and more with my E46 M3 when both were running Pilot Sport A/Ss .. not sure there's much that can or should be done about it by screwing w/ the front end alignment .. The Pirelli Nero Zero M+S and my LS460 show a very mild tendency for this , but nothing that's really aggravating or imposing ...

I had bridgstones ELs on the car.. it pulled WAY right... after putting on the Pilot Sport A/S Plus, they still pull but not as bad... But i do get a much smoother ride.. I've read all the issues with this car pulling right.. so I just live with it

Not that I've noticed, but I'm sure I will now. Haha. I have stock BStone Turanze EL42s. Trying to decide pretty much bt Primacy and Serenity.

On a straight, flat road, center your steering wheel perfectly straight...if it drifts onto another lane then it's pulling...mostly likely will be to the right. If the road is a little lean toward the right (to drain off rain water as most roads do) then the pull is more pronounced. But on perfectly flat part of the road you can tell if it's trailing/pulling to one side or not.

The Primacy MXM4's on my '10 LS Sport do not pull. The OEM EL42's didn't pull either.

Car drives great with these tires!

Did you notice a big difference with Primacys? If so, what were they? Quieter?

I replaced the stock Bridgestone EL 42s with the Serenity about a 3 weeks ago. Road noise is almost gone and the ride is a little smoother. The car drives straight. We have also had quite a bit of rain in the last 2 weeks in Central Florida and I've had very good wet traction with these tires.

The Primacy's are much quieter and the wet road handling is like night and day. The EL-42's (in my opinion) were unsafe in even slightly wet conditions. The Primacy's grip the road really well. I also think that the ride is smoother. I haven't had a chance to take the car through any real twisties with the tires because I got rear ended and the car is in the shop.

They weren't cheap but so far I'm really happy with them.

It seems like there are many different tire choices with better reviews than the stock EL-42's and many are a good bit cheaper. It seems like some of the higher rated all season tires are the Continental Extreme Contact DWS, Michelin Pilot A/S Plus, Pirelli PZeroNero and Yokahama Avid Envigor and are much cheaper than the stock EL-42's which are not rated that well. If the EL-42's are not good, why are they one of the most expensive tire for our car? Is there a reason why I shouldn't go for one of the alternatives when I need new tires?
