Can the reflash be done with techstream offline only or do you need web access to the TIS to get the files?
My 07 gs450h is getting the code before every 3-4 months now with 208k on it every 2-3 days. The code causes the engine to run all the time. When I erase the code the car runs normally.in hybrid and gas mode.
