For the life of me I can't find the thread here that showed that the VSR work included a tank fill up. I searched lambros and searched threads. I could see people saying that it covers a fill up and that they received a fill up. Can someone point me to the post that included the pdf? I know I read it somewhere on here.

I'm not sure if there is a thread on it but it has been mentioned several times. Had mine done with a quarter tank, came back full.

Really glad I checked here. I had to request for them to top off my gas. The SA said they normally don't do that. I wonder how many owners didn't get theirs.

yup, they topped mine off and washed my car even though I had a big azz note telling them not too..so i got an alignment and an oil change free since they don't wanna follow directions

Make sure they top it off with premium fuel. I had to request premium fuel...

I brought mine in on fumes too. It's clear that they aren't giving the gas to all the customers. I didn't think to specify premium gas since they are a Lexus dealership and should know. But after I got back to Hampton from VB I see that there is some sort of film on my bumper around my exhaust. The car was just cleaned. I don't know it they used cheap gas or it's some side affect of the VSR. I am going to monitor it for a week. I was "exceeding the speed limit" on the express way on the way back so I hope it just a combo of fuel mixture being off because of the computer reset.

They didn't keep track of my radio presets either. I had them do a Nav update but forgot to make sure they updated the song database as well... and they didn't. I just didn't have a good experience; I had to ask for the gas top off, presets wiped, song database not done. And to top it all off I had the misfortune of seeing an elderly gentleman picking his nose in the crowed customer lounge. Priceless
