Default Newbie...1st service visit, any ADVICE?

I'm a newbie to this, so you guys have to bare with me as some of the abbreviations and lingo I don't get yet. Anyway, I just picked up a black with tan 07 L (we call her, Big Booty Lucy) and I'm taking her in on Monday, because the passenger outside mirror doesn't fold. As I browsed the forum I discovered issues that have noticed, but didn't know was kinda common; i.e outside mirrors jiggle, seat cushion are uncomfortable, wind noise on freeway, etc. Now that I know those things have been a problem for others, I will let the service guy know about them on my car. I am so new to the car that I haven't come close to using or exploring everything. Are there other common issues on the 07s that anyone thinks I should check out on my car before she goes in? Also, I've heard about a b-pillar tsib..what is this and does anyone have pics? Lastly, is their a charge to update the nav? I know this long...sorry. Thank you for any advice/suggestions! BTW, so glad I joined!!!!

i'm a new owner too! congrats!

the dealer probably isn't going to hand you a free nav update (i think it'll cost about $200 for the dongle that you need and your dealer will charge you an hour labor to install it) but you can try your best to convince them.

Thanks, guys....congrats to you, too! I have a question...i really dig the ability to store music on the hdd. Is there a better way than ripping cds? Can I transfer music from an ipod, etc. Can I transfer music from a cd that I made from music on computer? Thank you...

you can put in a vaistech unit for ipod integration, but you can't directly put digital audio onto the hdd, if i'm not mistaken. i had the same problem with my old pioneer head unit. what i ended up doing was burning a few cd-rw and reused those for multiple albums haha
