Default ?!? ls460 exhaust options ?!?

Well, i'm thinking about getting a little bit more well deserved growl out of the 4.6L V8 so I was searching around to see what exhaust options are available...

I know that this car isn't really the type of car that you would put an after market exhaust on, but as a young guy that came from sports cars I still have the desire to hear some sweet tunes other from the radio.

Haha, so anyways, after searching I found the Fox exhaust which sounds nice but I couldn't find any for sale online.

Then there is the ings+1 exhaust which is ridiculously expensive.

Then there is the WALD exhaust which I also coudnt find much pricing and info about (although i'm sure it's a pretty penny)

Lastly I found a reasonable priced axle back Megan racing exhaust online, but after hearing the sound clips and feedback it doesn't seem like a legit solution unless you're desperate IMO.
I've personally delt with MR products on my old G35 and I like their stuff, but just not for this car I guess.

So, my question to you guys is what would you guys suggest and is there anything else out there that im missing? If you have a exhaust system yourself please share them.

If you have any exhaust clips that you would like to share/include that would be great and I will put up here on this 1st post.

EXHUST CLIPS I'VE FOUND SO FAR:

FOX-

Suruga Speed-

well, i'd feel weird about putting a megan racing exhaust on my $70k+ car -- there are engine sound videos on megan racing's website. i don't think it sounds too good.

there's also the tanabe/mode parfume exhaust for 600h, but pricing is going to be as expensive as the wald/ings.

basically, if you want a cool exhaust, you're going to have to pay, haha. the alternative is taking the car to your local exhaust shop and getting something bent -- it'll be a lot cheaper but you can't claim you have a cool blingy jdm exhaust :P

the best sounding exhausts i've heard were made by (i) suruga speed and (ii) think design. never found a sound clip of the tanabe/MP exhaust aforementioned, but it looks pretty awesome with the twin loop muffler design.

all above are in excess of $2,500+, but i'm sure they are all pretty awesome.

That being said, I'm leaning towards the ings+1 exhaust

I think the following are all the exhaust systems I've seen made in Japan:

Suruga Speed
Think Design
Wald
Ings +1
Ganador
Tom's
Tanabe x Mode Parfume
Skipper Design
K-Break
ST-Garage Titanium
Branew
Lexon
Fujitsubo
Expression/Sessions

Yeah, we could all drive our LS's around and sound like the Nascar wannabe pick-up truck drivers with their noisy mufflers.

After listening to the MR exhaust on thier website it sounds like a chevy truck or something...I didn't find anything on the tanabe exhaust though...

The Megan Racing did sound decent in the car but that outside video was BAD.

I'd be in if the price was right. Over $2000 is not the right price, actually sounds ridiculous. Hard to justify those insane prices for something that might add 7 horses.

well, at least we're not driving germans -- the brabus exhaust for W216 is $3200? or thereabouts

Iv'e been having a hard time finding videos or sound clips... the manufactuers website are either in Japanese or are just have really complex interfaces...I really want to hear the ings+1 exhaust and I want to hear more of the MR exhaust to see if maybe it's just the video quality. If you guys find anything please share it

hahaha you should just pick up the megan exhaust -- it's cheap enough. i'm sure you can find it for less than $300 picked up somewhere and if it doesn't work out, you can slang in on the forum for about what you bought it for :P
