Its been months and I still haven't received anything...CPO 2007 LS460...so I called today finally free time in the week and they are telling me that for the state of Florida they will NOT provide a $500 gift card for doing the valve spring replacement issue, but will only give a certificate for $2k off of any NEW car purchase because of "legal issues" for which they can't provide the card...wtf? I am pretty sure we have members from FLA that have received the card...I'm pretty pissed off because I called a few months back and they assured me it was coming in batches AND dealership (from FL) said so too.

Has anyone from Florida successfully received any gift card?

 

Man I had my 07 GS3590 done and my LS460 and have still not heard anything or received anything. I am getting a little pissed. This is ridiculous

 

Got the 500 lexus card plus 1500 off new car buy / lease if used in the next 12 or 24 months (don't remember exact cutoff).

The card took around a month to arrive. Inlaws did same work on their Ls but still waiting on their card... Might call soon just to see whats going on.

 

I got my 500.00 card about two months after my VSR was done.

 

Had my VSR on Dec 14th. Received the $500 gift card mid-Feb.

 

Yea F Lexus corporate...*******s said "state of Florida is only exception and hence we have never provided $500 to owners, but instead have given $2000 off voucher for any new vehicle"...NOW I am pissed...

 

Frankly, I think your anger should be directed at your state government. You can't expect Lexus to violate state law. They do have to continue to do business in the state.

 

I live in Florida. The VSR repair was done at the end of November and I received the $500 gift card in mid to late January.

 

Yea florida is the exception for the extended warranty offer, they are not allowed to do that which is why all florida owners are automatically issued the gift cards after the recall is performed. I just got my card last month and had the recall done towards the end of last year.

 

Ours was done in November...so I should be receiving the $500...Lexus said they would get back to me but they never did...
