anyone heard of Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta Tires.... i've been reading some reviews an they seem to bridge the gap between the Michelin PS2 & Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3.. an since neither come in a 22" i may try a set.. prices seem reasonable too (even found em on fleabay)

I don't have that many miles on them. They ride nice and are quiet so far. I only got caught in the rain once, and did no issues.

I wanted to do the Michelins but they didn't have a 295. I am happy with the Verd's. 305's will rub for sure.

i'd love to see ur example of classy.... (walds are the better part of 10k+) those were option 1 but i just cant bring myself to pull the trigger on 10k jus yet..then do it again for a bbk.. so show me a classy wheel in the 5k range thats not on every other ls on this site (plz no asanti or lexani i get enuff of those on dodge chargers an box chevy's)

go iforged or something else I understand it is hard to choose a wheel for the ls especially since are the great ones are taken, to me the vossen look right the ace alloys are cool but are cheap and although the look good they belong on chargers and everything else. there are some good brands out there as far as the forged world but they all copy everyone elses design.

SSR just introduced those wheels (the merisia) in a step lipped 21 -- pricing is less than $1500/ea for a 21x11.5. i'm sure if you ask around you can get a discount on that price, since that's the listed retail price.

then, a rotora BBK is probably around the $6k mark.

not bad at all.

or, alternatively, there's a set of wald portofino multipieces on up garage right now, secondhand with tires for about $5k, but you gotta figure out a way to get those to the US. http://www.upgarage.com/upgarage/sto...2459900519/459

there are a lot of classy rims out there, my friend. it's up to you to do the research to figure out which wheel you actually like and if it fits your budget or not.
