When you buy wheels they are made to fit your car without rubbing. The only guys who need to worry about fit are generally the guys who buy wheels with aggressive offsets ( usually high end expensive 3 pc wheels) who want VIP fitment . As long as you dont drop the car I really dont think you can go wrong. Check out Vossen wheels. They make some nice stuff. I would recommend to go with 22's not 20's. 20's are to small for the LS

if you want 20s, go for it. I have 20s and couldn't be happier. Some rims look better than others on this car regardless of size. There are people that feel their 22s ride better than their 18s...then there are some that had 22s and went back to stock because they didn't like the ride and kept getting bent wheels repaired. You need to decide what makes the most sense for you. As far as 20s go, most are doing 20x8.5 or 20x9 in front and 20x10 or 20x10.5 rears. Stock offset is 35, so if you stick close to that offset, you should be fine with no rubs. Correct tire size is a big factor also. 245/40/20 for front and 20x10 rear would be 275/35/20. This is to keep overall diameter as close as possible to stock 18" tire/wheel combo. GOOD LUCK!! Looking at this site will hit your wallet for sure!

If you are going to do the 20s then make sure you stager because the rear fender of the LS is so odd looking with a 8"in the rear. The face of the wheel seems like a mile insideof the fender lip. eeewwww

Personally, I think 22" look better on the LS but it all comes down to personal preference. You lose a little bit of ride quality with 22" but they'll be more visually pleasing. As long as you like the way they look then go for it.
