My trunk won't close!!

So my battery died tonight and I had to jump start it. I opened the trunk to get the jumper cables and when I was done jumping it, my trunk won't close.
It won't close by the auto button in the trunk or by my physically slamming it shut. That's wild.
There doesn't seem to be anything caught and the trunk close motor does seem to be making a little ticking noise but I can't believe it won't let you slam it shut.
Anyone?

Never mind! I pulled three different fuses for the auto-trunk (expecting at least one to be blown) and none were. When I put the last one back the actuator made a noise and now it works!
