pretty cool. Notice #2 is the Hyundai equus, and in the 2nd link the Hyundai Genesis is rated 7 points loer than the LS460. They are really making amazing progress at Hyundai. The first year out and they are rating it as the top three with the LS and the Panamera.

I think Hyundai has done a better job of copying Lexus, than Lexus did the Germans. If Lexus copied, then the LS400 would have had ***** reliability, and Lexus wouldn't be around today. I don't feel that the 1st gen LS looked anything German, as the German vehicles at that point were still more chiseled and square, while the LS was already more aerodynamic in appearance.
The Lexus also came in with high quality, at expensive Toyota prices. The Equus is coming in like it's been at the tier 1 luxury party for several years.
