There are several possible explanations for the leaking tires that you are experiencing. A likely cause is the TPMS sensors. Most experienced tire firms rebuild the valve stems with a refurbishment kit that cost about $2 per stem when they replace the tires on cars that have the "direct measuring" TPMS sensors (the LS460s use a direct TPMS). Perhaps the firm that replaced your tires recently failed to rebuild the stems or didn't do it correctly. It is very easy to see if the stems are leaking - just apply a solution of dishwashing detergent and water and look for bubbles.

If 3 of them are leaking and you haven't had problems with the rims before, it sounds like it may be an installation problem such as the TPMS sensors mentioned above or have you checked to make sure the correct tire size was used?

I think the answer is Yes. And you will also need some specialized tools, like a micro torque wrench. Might be wise to get a quote from Discount Tire or Costco or Sam's Club or somebody like that. A Lexus dealer could do this but would probably be expensive.

I would think the tire dealer you bought the tires from would be willing to look at your problem and fix it.
