try this. mine is sitting in the glove box now, but i will attempt the relocation soon. the forthcoming instructions are from a post by ROMINL for a VAIS install, which will instruct you how to get to the ashtray.

"take out the 2 side panels, take out the littpe trim right in front of the center arm rest. 2 bolts for the shift plate on the driver side, pop it upward. pull the ashtray 45 degrees outward."

I had mines in the center armrest. Made a small hole right under the aux plug/12v outlet and ran the wire thru there. It was facing up and held in place with 3M 2 sided tape. Then moved it to the ashtray like the pic above. Looks cleaner and its well hidden. Bought another ashtray on fleabay just in case.

greetings Cheez,
since installing the module, i have'nt tried using the height high button on the center console (assuming that's what you're referring to). but that sounds like a plan, opposed to toggling through the module buttons.

my 22s are being made, so i'm rolling on stock tires, hence, level 8 in the front and level 7 in the rear. sometimes i forget to bring it out super low and don't realize it until i hit the driveway and spark my muffler!

sup Henry & Cheez,
i'm no baller...i just don't know any better! i'm learning as go (scraping up my car). as far as measurements, beats me. i have yet to pull out a tape measure, but if pushing the height high button is irrelevant, i'm going to need easier access to the module. hell, if the ride on super low wasn't so sh*7tty, i'd be on L all the time.

VGB, you're in a 460L, i'm assuming? do you mind taking a photo of the front height when you're at setting 8?

front at 8, rear at 7...phone pics are worthless, but the rubber is tucked under and the rears still appear lower than the fronts.

Wow, 8? I ride at 5 and that feels low but I have 22s. When I park it sometimes and I slam it, I'll use the HH button to get it up to a ridable height before touching the module.

i'm sure i won't get the same effect with the 22s. i really like how low it is now...maybe i should have went with 21s.
