They are flip floppin around again about the entire 7 volume set, and now want me to accept a one year online subscription to their service information. I am already concerned that they won't include the electrical schematics though they are a "companion" to the service manuals and referenced throughout the 7 volumes. I think their flip floppin around is a ploy to send me to the psychiatric ward. Well, it won't work... I am not going to let them get away with it. They don't know what a psychotic personality is capable of.

Very disappointing that they are doing this. I can imagine your frustration.

There is a reason I have never done - nor will I ever do - business with that particular dealership if I can help it. Over the years, I have - on multiple times - tried to deal with their internet department, and each time I come out more disgusted with their tactics than the time before. A friend of mine who just bought a Lexus emailed these guys with a competitive quote, and they did not even reply to him! So much for "it's different here"...

Anyway - and not to state the obvious - have you already tried to contact the general manager? He appears to be new(ish) and seems to be active at responding to people's comments on dealerrater.com, consistently trying to convey that "things have changed for the better" in many of his posts. That doesn't guarantee anything about the sincerity of his comments, but it sure is worth a try, and this is an opportunity for them to put some action to their words.

The dealer did finally make it right for me, with 7 service volumes and 1 electrical schematic volume now in my hands.
