These things should run to 300K no problem.

I sold my 1991 LS400 with 180K miles and it was running like a champ.
My ES300 just rolled over 200K miles and running perfectly.

50k and counting,few oil changes,few tires and ac filter...besides that nothing....plan to keep it for at least another few years

My LS is at 90137 miles and counting. All I have been doing is changing the oil (Mobil 1 Full-sys.) ever 5000 miles and change air filters. Car wash about once a week or so and is driving like it was new. If you pay that much for a car, minus well drive it and get your $ worth. That's me.

Sign up at https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/home.do and input your VIN # then you can see the maintenacnce history of your car as well as the schedule. Below is what you will need to do at 100K, there is nothing major to repalce the 460 is very low maintenace and I posted some info for you 50K guys too.
