If you are not aware of it you can scan this board for more detailed posts on the TPMS discussion.

Briefly, if you do opt for a second set of wheels/tires for winter (makes life so much easier when seasons change) you need to decide if you want to buy a second set of TPMS sensors for the new wheels.

If the new wheels don't have sensors you will get TPMS warning messages. (I opted for this and can live with them)

If you do buy extra sensors on every season change you will need to visit Lexus (and pay) to get the new codes programmed. I think, at least in US, some other auto shops will do this for free for you
