The sensor is in the rim. If your replacing the tires place your rims in the location you want, write it down and then you can keep track of our locations.

The TPMS computer holds 5 sensor IDs. The order in which they are entered (as sensor 1, sensor 2, etc.) is the order in which they display on the screen irrespective of location. I just did my own reprogramming after putting my winter wheels on, and to make life a bit easier I made the spare #5.

Yeah very annoying considering a frickin new Altima's (sorry ...) horns beeps to signal when it's at acccurate levels.............C'mon Lexus!!!!!!!!

Baby steps... Until recently, most Lexus didn't even display pressures and just had a warning light if the pressures dropped.

I just dropped my '11 LS SWB off for the 20K mile service and they gave me a loaded '13 ES. I happened to be going throught Menu and saw the tire pressure screen. It has an image of the car with the tire pressures shown next to each tire. Not just listed like my LS. More like my now departed BMW 550i.
