I polish mine every month and wax every 3-4 months. I will wash the car every week and use gloss enhancer from Zaino to keep it looking amazing in between the washes and polishing

I'm im imbarass to say this but I have only washed mine once a month, and wax every 3 month or so. Going from a black car where I washed every week or sometimes twice a week, and now owning a white car again I'm slacking. I'm sure I would wash once a week if it wasnt so cold out.

Weekly, thank you very much!!! Wax it twice a year. A dirty Lexus is a crime, punishable by words written on the dirt.

I wash every 2-3 weeks and wax about every month. I appreciate the benefits of preserving the car as well as getting some much needed exercise by doing so.

Wipe down with Zaino Z6 once a week after light dusting with California car duster. Wash after rain or heavy dirt, sometimes I use ONR (Optimum No Rinse) instead of wash. Wax with Zaino Z2 or Z5 every 2-3 months.

Im horrible I should really be more **** about it but large black cars are such a pain!!! I wash once a month wax every 3 months.

yeah, I had the black saphire pearl on my GS and it needed a lot more upkeep than the white LS, BUT nothing shines like a black car

Wash once or twice a week, depending on the weather. Wax every month, full detail every 6 months.

I think you might have it backwards. You should be polishing every 3-4 months and waxing once a month depending on the wax durability. The wax is the top coat that adds the final pop to the polish /glaze ect.

I wash my wife's 460 every weekend and hit it with instant detailer in between waxes which could be once a month. Then do a full strip, clay, polish, glaze, wax every 4 months or so.

I dont have a life plus my car is black, so I wash the car MYSELF every other day, sometimes every day! I wax about once a week maybe every other week depending on the weather. Like someone said earlier, It is a crime to have a dirty LS... Plus im practicing so I can keep the Bentley clean once I get one.

Personally, I wash my car with the same frequency I bathe, once a year whether I need it or not.

i never wash this thing. i believe in the law of diminishing returns and i always drive through a puddle immediately after i get it washed LOL

Try using Turtle Wax "Wax and Dry". Wash your car then spray with this product while drying. I have a Obsidian 2011 ls 460 sport and I can't belive how great it looks after washing. I have had several black cars in the past and always found it difficult to keep a good shine without applying polish. Wish I had found this stuff sooner.
