If nobody responds, maybe when I go back there for business, I can try and convince a used dealer to let me do an overnight test drive or something..but that would be a gd shame if I have to go through all of that because nobody stepped up..but, I would...without sacrifice.. no gain

Spoke with one of my local trusted fabricators today and he said he should be able to make a camber kit for our cars. I'll keep you guys updated with the progress of this camber kit build. I might need some opinions too on which design is more suitable for you guys.

David, again this is great news and we appreciate your efforts in helping us!

I wonder where an adjustable front and rear pieces would go..upper, lower or both areas of the suspension? I was trying to look and see but I'm not a car engineer so I have been looking at all the components..lot going on in those fender wells lol.

I remember another member re-drillled a hole on the lower control arm I think that seemed to help but I don't believe they posted actual specs...the wheel looked much more positive camber afterwards.

As far as the rear, I never really looked since it didn't appear to be a concern at first, but after some months of tanabe settling..I am def showing neg camber signs now.

The ingalls camber kit rear control arms on my Acura TL had a simple and very effective design! Each rear side had two adjustable control arms with locking nuts on each side of a threaded sleeve. The aligner would loosen the lock nuts and turn sleeve to dial in as much as 3 or 4 degrees of adjustment..then lock sleeve back down and bam..spot on alignment. One arm would control camber and one for toe essentially..just by having that rear kit, it actually brought the front camber within spec too without a need for front kit...it was a sweet setup and a steal for about $150 for the rear set of 4 arms.

I am guessing that with all of the link devlopment we have done on other Lexus models that this would be straight forward for us to implement without much fabrication. The tapered studs are usually the big hiccup and we have 6 versions currently developed to adapt ball joints to rod ends and make adjustment easy. I am still looking for a rear subframe and the front links to engineer a solution.

What's a camber? Why would I want to adjust one? Is the one I have now, assuming I have one in my LS460 adjustable? If not, why not? And if not, why would I want to? HUH??????????????
