Default Good price for cpo?

So im basically close on a deal for a 2007 ls460 swb color is sgm with black interior, as for options it has all that you can get from auto park to rear reclining seats to ml. It has 42k and is a one owner. The car is like brand new, it also comes with the telios and the factory set with snow tires on it. They wont budge below 35k. They went down big time on the price. I know I can probably get a 2008 for 2 or 3k more but the options are a deal maker for me. Its hard to find loaded. I didnt want to go from my 2001 that had everything including laser cruise to base. So what do you all think?

Its a decent price but not spectacular. I bought my 2007 about a year ago with 32k miles on it for 39K, but the car still had factory warranty left so I could extend it through Lexus. That was a huge bonus. I dont know if I would recommend this car with no warranty. Its reliable BUT if something goes its not going to be cheap.

BTW what kid of car had laser cruise control in 2001????? BENZ???

My 2001 LS430. Also car prices seem to have gone up since last year.

Ya got some really SANE advice here from I8ABMR.. I mean ........ How important really are "options" when ya get hit with a repair bill using a $ 4000 PART 2 years from now ? YOU ASKED - So here goes ... Why not take your time and do some hard research on AutoTrader looking at ONLY CPO cars ? It's FUN to drive your car back home. I did and loved the trip in our new LS. Regardless of WHO any previous owner is/was, and regardless of WHO/HOW OFTEN/WHERE the LS was serviced, this will have little effect on future repairs. Yes ........ you can get an optional warranty. But if it were me, and I was buying a car in the Class of an LS460, I'ld want a FACTORY LEXUS Warranty. I feel sure some others will post and disagree with this opinion, but it is how I feel. I strongly feel, in the LONG run, getting a CPO will be worth your time & effort in making it happen.

Good Luck regardless which direction you go, and please come back often and give us details (and kewl photos as well). Best Wishes your way, Mikey Lulejian - Lake Oconee, GA

i know what you mean about hard to find a loaded swb LS. Got my SGM w/comfort+ almost a year ago for the same price. I'd say that's its an okay deal for a CPO. If car is in pristine shape and drives fine, get it....FYI - that warranty is not transferable.

Yes Alex, and ive noticed last year prices were low. I got a gs350 cpo for way less than what the same dealer is selling the same car for today.
