Does anyone else notice that the rear view seems vibrate really easily? My bass is not very high on the car, at the mid way mark and when I turn up the music I can't see anything behind. I was tapping on the back of the case and it seems fairly hollow, I was thinking of maybe popping it open and seeing if I can put some cotton in there or something to absorb the waves from the bass.

Lol I actually like when it does that
I use to be an audio addict and replaced the backseats of my old G35 with 2 12's and the car rattled sooo bad and the rear view mirror came apart once too!!!
I don't think it's a design flaw, I just think that the car is so insulated that the audio is so centered it causes it to vibrate. I don't think that they would create a special mirror for the LS just so it wont vibrate...I'm pretty sure that most Lexus models share the same mirror.

Do you have the rear sunshade? If you turn up the bass you will see the rear sunshade vibrate. However when looking in the rear view mirror it will appear that the mirror is vibrating when in reality it's the rear sunshade that is vibrating.
