I assumed this was possible if the emergency brake was on but I can't seem to figure it out. Does anyone know if a DVD that is inserted in the rear DVD system can be displayed upfront? Also, I assume that the back seat passengers could listen to a separate audio source (with headphones of course) than what is playing up front, correct? My car is an 07 LS460 L.

Prestigious Society add on will allow you to do just that. That being said it is not recomended but it also, and this is very important it will also allow you to use all the features of the Nav system while moving.
It was stupidly simple to install in my RX 450H and I would not be without it.

I appreciate the input. Not sure if I want to add on any mods just to accomplish that. I wanted to try a Vaistech solution, but would only do so if it added more than just iPod integration. Seems like very little bang for the buck. If it allowed me to add in my current Sirius adapter (which carries my lifetime subscription), I would do it without hesitation, but iPod integration simply isn't enough for me.
