i never did the beat sonic on ls460, but i did it on a gs350 once (which is similar system). here's my review. in short i am pretty sure it will work on ls460 too. it's a compromise on price vs install vs style

As annoying as I find the nav lockout to be, I would NEVER have those big, ugly buttons on the Beat Sonic bypass unit cluttering the look of my car. In fairness, I probably wouldn't even want the PS buttons. I guess if that's what it takes, I'll stick to being locked out.

Is there a step by step install on the over ride systems? I was looking for how to remove the dash components and console components. I don't want to break anything

i agree buttons can be annoying to some. that's why on new kits from prestigious society, they don't have buttons anymore so after installation it's exactly same as factory

Took me less than an our to install the Prestigious Society one including the retreival of the bolt I dropped behind the radio. . I went with it over Beatsonic due to the button. It is my understanding they both do the same thing so you are good to go with either.

How about switches that look like this?

Here's a DIY on it: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ml#post6968542

The DVD bypass portion for Beat-Sonic can be engaged indefinitely without affecting any factory controls or systems. As such you have only one switch that you have to access which can be changed using the guide above.
