Awesome. A 16 yo, cell phone glued to one hand (most likely) and drunk off his ***...gee, what can go wrong?

Good thing he didn't plow through the horse.

If he did go through, what section of the house is that?

That is a bathroom between the kitchen and the family room.

A witness said the driver had a can of air duster they think he was huffing.

I still cant even imagine what they would need to do since the idiot actually did make contact with the structure of the home. Hopefully it doesnt go further than a damaged wall

it seems like he's not hurt if he's in the back of a cop car. and bottom line the kid got the es out of control, missing people, and hit OP's house. yes, i have compassion and it's with OP

Latest update. Insurance of the car is not covering anything. He was an excluded driver on this car. Now I have to either go to my insurance company or sue his parents myself. This is a game changer.
The mother of the kid came over today asking if her husband and her brother-in-law can come and personally complete the repairs to my house and fence because they have no insurance. HELL NO, I didn't ask for him to come through my fence and run into my house!
Supposedly the kid is back in rehab.

My question to my forum family is "what would YOU do next"?

If the family is not willing to write you a check and cover all the repair expenses I would sue the hell out of them.
