Default After exterior detail....

Greetings - Had exterior detailing done this afternoon and it was able to remove several marks etc, but still have few rock chips. The car wash place has offered to fix those for $70, if I get my own touch up paint from the dealership (I offered to get it as I felt they might not get the right mix).

Is this a good idea? or should I go to a body shop? Please advice.

Thanks in advance.

I would not do it at a car wash either. I would let a high end mobile detailer do it. It may cost $300-350, but its well worth it for the car to have the best possible detail as possible with the best outcome with the rock chip repairs.

If its just a few rock chips, just buy some touch up paint and doing it yourself. Save the money, you will get more rock chips the more you drive. Its not visible unless you come up really close and most people are not going to come up to your car and look for rock chips. As for me my 22" deep dish is what people look at. I am cheap...

I don't disagree, but keep in mind almost every dealer uses the same guy the car wash uses.
