Hey guys I was roaming around the net and found that some ls have a weather app thingy on the nav screen, is this an update that I can get or is it just a new feature in the newer cars. I have searched the forums and found nothing. Thanks guys. It's a pretty cool looking thing to have.

it's only for 2010+ with the gen6 nav system, and i think it's hard of xm subscription package

seems pretty cool. Can the Nav be updated to that level. When I got mine I updated the nav because my neighborhood was so new it wasnt even on the map

i have it! its for 2010+ models who subscribe to XM already! then u can upgrade to XM traffic - weather - sports - stock and none of its useful! the weather alerts you to rain about 10mins after you been driving in alerted rain!.... the traffic is just sometimes! in NYC its useless but i've been out of town and it works much better! so it all depends on where you live! the sports just tells you what team will play and then connect you to the XM ch playing the game!... its like a corny lil speed dail without the speed all this wonderfulness for like $20.00 more a month
