Default Ect pwr!!!!!!

Was just wondering if it's bad to drive w the ECT PWR button on all the time. Any pros and cons? Thanks!

I think it only effect your gas mileage, but it shouldn't be a problem.

Not maybe it will effect your MPG's but it is more fun to drive in ECT PWR.

I drive with it on all the time and as for the mpg I don't not notice any more consumption.

With it on, with the 22's, and with the ambient temps at about 110-115 I get about 17 mpg with it on and may 18.5 with it off. When it cools sown I should be much closer to 20mpg. Should be fine. I drive with mine on 95% of the time

I drive with it on all the time. With the 22's I usually average 22 mpg.

I think all the switch does is to tell the computer not to change to a higher gear until higher rpms are reached. Staying in a lower gear longer yields more torque longer, not necessarily more power.

driving in the upper rpms give the assumption that there is more power but really you are just using all of the cars potential in the higher rpm's.
