when the new one (for ios) comes out, i think it will also be called ivic, and that will replace mlp

 

iVIC is out with Android support, one fore each navigation generation:
iVIC-5D (gen 5)
iVIC-6D (gen 6)

iVIC will support iOS, hopefully soon. Last but not least one iVIC supporting both, iOS and Android, would be great. iVIC is an adapter which can mirror the smartphone screen on the navigation screen. MLP is also a video adapter/audio player but without smartphone support and w/o bluetooth and therefore it costs less. There are two solutions: MLP and iVIC to connect video sources such as tV tuner or DVD-Video player or camera to your 5th and 6th navigation gen. Lexus. I said successor because the newer one, iVIC, has all options the MLP offers.
