JRA2000TL — I’ve used Meguiar’s Final Inspection for more than 30 years on my cars. Wax and polish them once and then use a small pump spray bottle to spray it on in a mist when it is slightly dirt or has rain spots, wipe off with a cotton towel. It’ll keep you paint beading like it has RainX on it. Keeps them very clean for much longer. Buy it by the gallon off Amazon for the best price. The stuff is a great way to help keep it clean for longer.

I guess the automatic wash will still swirl the paint, though. Oh my old 11 ES, I clean, polish, and then wax the paint with a ceramic wax; then spray on instant detailer or Chemical Guys V07 spray. The car still has swirls but it’s my daily commuter. It looks excellent for a 200k mile car.

It looks great from the pics. I love a touchless car wash but not the other ones. Swirls will show unless you get them corrected out of the clear. A feat not easy. Once you get it there, the FI or any other detailer spray will help keep it clean looking for a long time.

I agree and that's the best time to apply a ceramic coating to the car too. It helps protect it by sealing it by means of the ceramic glass like layer.

You still have to wash and care for it, but it just makes the dirt and stuff have a harder time sticking to your paint. If you top it with your favorite wax, it works even better.

By the way JRA2000TL, Congratulations on your new (to You) LS! I think that you'll find that they are Incredible cars!
