Nice, love that mirror shine. Black cars can look amazing, but it's feast or famine. Looking good!

Original paint? Extremely clear headlights and spotless chrome grill.. The shine is amazing and no fine scratches that you see on many black vehicles. A 10+.

I'd like to officially pose a "Wax-Off Challenge" between JXW and Dr. Jekyll!!!
You two with these black cars in these beautiful climates (just not fair) but you do an absolutely great job keeping your LS' with a stellar shine. Beautiful.
JXW: Those headlights look amazing!
And great question: Buffer or by hand? That looks like a shine that can only be obtained by a buffer. Very uniform and glass-like finish.

Thanks for the compliment. I hand wax the car with L.O.T.S. of Meguillars wax.
The headlight was redone a year ago in a Lexus dealer. Have a beautiful day everyone.

I bought it from Amazon.
Amazon.com: AmazonBasics Microfiber Cleaning Cloth - 24 Pack: Automotive Amazon.com: AmazonBasics Microfiber Cleaning Cloth - 24 Pack: Automotive

use probably 2 or 3 cloth on each panel since I use tons of wax.

Challenge accepted! I personally use an orbital for any sealing and occasional correcting products but always wax and finish by hand. I do plan on sealing these forged wheels. I also like to wax the spare wheel as well, call me obsessive.

What MF cloths do you use Doc?
So I don't continue to hijack the purpose of this thread, I'll use DM going forward with any additional inquiries.

I bought the same ones, but I didn't even think of looking on Amazon because that's cheap for a dozen of them.

This spring, I will give this wax a go. Unfortunately my hood has some rock chips, but otherwise, when it's clean, it's an amazing looking vehicle. Love black on black especially cleaned and waxed!
