Can some give me some insight
If you bring it to a dealer it is expensive. If you DIY or go to Toyota, or have a competent independent mechanic, the costs are normal and reasonable.
This is clearly the most reliable luxury car you can buy.
Unfortunately most (probably all) '07 and '08 models will not qualify for a Lexus extended warranty. You are on your own with a third party insurer.

You have to maintain on shcedule, but not with a Lexus dealer. Just be sure to keep documentation.
As far as the 5 spoke wheels, I think they were standard in certain years, but someone else may know better.

Well that's good to know, but I realized that all of the CPO LS' are over my budget
