Alright so I currently have a 2001 Lexus IS300 , but have been really interested in upgrading to a more comfortable commuter for my 60 mile drive for work. So I was waiting till summer to find the perfect Ls460L but I recently just found one for a really good price,but the selling used car dealer has 7 complaints against them with the better business bureau, I'm sort of leery now about event driving 3 hour to go see it in Lodi, New Jersey, Just wanted to know if anyone here has heard of or had any buys/experiences at Killer Carz in Lodi. Its got 99k , executive pkg, air ride, grey on black interior, the price almost seems to good to be true!!!!! What do you think.

You may want to check in the regional section to see if any of the local members can check the car out for you. I would personally stay away from that dealership and hold out a little bit longer for another LS to pop up. If they've got seven complaints from the BBB, they might be a sketchy dealer you'll want to avoid.

They want 24900 ,took a 3 hour drive to go look at it,kind of sketchy place, kept wanting too run my credit with my SSN# , I walked away , I think it could have been a flood car, NJ did have all that flooding a few months ago. I have to sleep on it, not sure I'm really feelin it, felt like a risky buy.

follow your first instinct... don't do it. sounds as though you've answered your own inquiry. they're shady characters, so take your money else where.

Don't buy that car!! I was there also earlier today and it's a nice looking car because of the executive package but other than that it's junk. I ran the vin # on mylexus.com and on 12/24/12 the dealer noted " noise inside engine, will need new motor" there was also a note stating that they replace one of the valves about 10k miles ago. Under the hood smelt like burnt oil and there actually was oil all over the front of the motor like something was leaking. I knew I had no intent on buying that car today I just wanted to see a executive equipped car in person and now that I did I'm over it, most of the options I would rarely use anyway.
I'm sorry to hear you had to take a 3hr drive for that one I'm also on the hunt for one and before I go look at any I run the vin.
