we're looking at a low mileage LS460 (preferably after mid-cycle refresh '2010+?) to replace her Acura TL. all comments are welcome.

most of the improvements I can think of are in fixing TSIB issues with the car like seat comfort, wind noise, ipod auxillary jack. If you are looking at a 2010 you will be totally fine. I think the 09s are solid as well. The 07s had wind noise that needed to be fixed. Thats probably the biggest gripe with the 08 and 07 models

Someone may take the time to list them all, but I bet you are going to have to do your own homework on this one. In fact I just learned today in a new thread that Lexus discontinued the ability to rip CD's to the HD in 2010.

Hi Mike, welcome to CL!

I don't know that anyone here knows exactly what minor changes were made in each model year. I'll tell you what I know.

Basically there have been no significant changes. There were some exterior body cosmetic changes, but unless a person is really **** about the differences, no one else will really notice. Same goes for the interior. I know that some color options changed and wheel styles also changed. The only other major thing I am aware of is listed in post #3.

I guess the best advice I can give you and stlgrym3 (who has been awol in his own thread so he may never see it) is go test drive various year models and see which one suits you best. Good luck with your search, but fact of the matter is you cannot go wrong with whichever year you choose.

I believe that the 10+ models got the Gen 6 nav which is a bit nicer, plus Bluetooth Audio. Also I noticed on the 10, they have an Eco mode that my 07 doesn't. I'm sure there are other things, but those are the ones I found on my search.

The big change on the '10 was that passenger side got memory seats too. Exterior foglight and taillights got minor change.

If folks put in a little bit of time using Google, they would see the hard work that Tee, myself and others put in with making informative threads to try and make life easier for folks. So, I took 15 seconds out of my day to try and help you all by searching google for you and, well...what do we have here? A thread about this very topic. I am really a nice guy, people will tell you that, but when it comes to people not searching it irritates me. Perhaps "knowing how to search" is really the issue for some and they try to search with no luck and I get that..it happens. So don't be offended by my rant. Ok, stepping off the stage now....

Here is the magic thread that should help ----> https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...fferences.html

Go to http://www.edmunds.com/lexus/ls-460/2007/
And just change the year. Look at what's new for each year
