Default Which coilover brand to buy for 07 LS460. $1,000 to spend

I am having a hard time getting any comparative info between the different brand coilovers for my car. I have a max budget of $1,000 which from what I have found, narrows the options down to the following brands/styles:
BC
Megan Racing (LP and EZ series)
Ksport
D2 (RS)

Ultimately I am looking for a conservative drop, but most importantly a smooth ride. I currently have the Tanabe NF210 springs and the front is dropped a little more than I like and the ride feels too much like a pogo stick at times. Can anyone give me their opinion on which type to buy to gain the best ride? Also, different people have mentioned the different spring rates which is like speaking french to me. Any help on suggestive springs rates would be very much appreciated! I am trying not to waste $1,000 on a set of coilovers that doesnt fix the "problem" that I am trying to fix.

Did you ever get any luck with what option is the smoothest ride? I am looking to convert my air over to spring and the ride matters to me as well. thanks
