I have alert on lexus 460L screen PCS is not available and when I press cruise control alert coming clean radar sensor. Checked by obd2 scanner code C1646. Can any body help

Might be either bad millimeter radar system behind Lexus "L" on the front grill, or you may have a bad brake switch like I had..once that brake switch behind the brake pedal was repaired, issue went away. Make sure there is no debris on the grill or headlights. If you have the bad brake switch, Part is around $50 or so, but covered under warranty. You need to take it in to dealer to find out exactly
