When did lexus stop putting VIN tags on door panels and other parts of the car? The other day I was looking at 2010 ls460 that did not have tags on doors nor hood nor fenders?

I know that the 2013 has VIN tag only on drivers door because I asked the dealer when I was there for service but was surprised not to find them on a 2010, any one with 2010-2012 can check?

It should be on the driver's door, and you can not see on the fenders because they are covered by those black plastic covers... Probably the car was in an accident and the door was replaced ???

I checked under the black rubber seals on the fenders, I know exactly where all these VIN tags are on my 2007 :-) Wife wants 2010+ and first car I looked at did not have them. Sales person told me that they stopped putting them, so wanted confirmation from the forum.
