I have a 2013 LS460. Purchased in 2018 with about 19-20k miles. Now has 130k. I purchased extended warranty which was on top of vehicle being CPO. I think my car is lemon, but I do like it and love the extended warranty. All door actuators have died twice. Battery died on 2022 and 2023 they replaced each for free. Had brake actuator issue, trunk lift stopped working, etc and while slew of other issues I can't recall but I do have all of the repair data. I plan on keeping the car for as long as possible, but it definitely has been more problematic than the LS430 that my kid has with 272,000 miles.

I've got a 2014 LS460 with 312,000 miles on it. 1 owner car. Guy drove it 5-6k miles in 4 weeks. Service records from Lexus up till I bought it with 297,000. I did the Valley plate reseal and replaced the front AC condenser due to a system leak. Now I've got the cold start chain rattle (probably bad chain tensioners) and I may have the dealership service cause I don't want to pull the front cover in a gravel driveway. I serviced the brake system at home (fluid flush and actuator reset), seems to of reduced the clicking/pumping, and put my mind at ease. All of the electronic systems still work, trunk, soft close doors, ML sound, radar cruise... just feed it gas and change the oil and she keeps humming along. The condition of the interior is amazing for the miles and makes all the sweat and money worth it. Maybe one day I'll find a high mileage LS500... one day.

Also having a LS430 before and now a SC430 as well, I enjoy working on that sweet 4.3L engine bay WAY MORE than the 4.6L in the 460s. Just so much more room for activities.

Just turned 148K on my 2013 AWD SWB LS460. Purchased in 2018 with 87K miles. Only major repair needed so far is the Valley plate leak which I just had done at an indy shop (owned by former Lexus service dealer techs). Lexus dealer diagnosed the leak and said that other than that she looked to be in great shape!

My 2014, picked up with 88K and now just a little over 130. Still running perfect...

My old 2007 LS460L, had almost 250K and even my last 2014 had 229K before it got totaled.
