Have sight bump in right rear strut area. Has anyone seen a post on how to remove or video how to get at and remove strut as I suspect the right rear mount to be defective. Any ideas where to purchase mount?

For the rear struts you have to remove the back seat and under the deck lid there are three bolts for the upper mounts for the shocks. The bottom have to remove the end link for the rear strut bar so that the lower mount can be slid out after removing the one nut that is holding it in place.

How to remove the Backseat in 2008 LS460 Base with Bench Seat in the Back inorder to access the Shocks/Struts
I am sure there is a manual somewhere with this in it but I just did it and recorded what I did for your use. I used a 3/8 12mm socket with a 6 inch extension, a small blade screw driver and a 12mm box wrench.
1) Seat Pops up by pulling up from the Bottom on each side. Unhook the Electrical Harness on each side at the end of the seat. Then remove the seat and start on the Back of the seat.
2) Top has 4 Bolts at the Bottom (12MM) using a 3/8 ratchet with an extension and 1 Nut at the Top in the Center under the Headrest Bazel that is also 12MM. Just pop the bazel off and you will see the Nut. The nut is 12MM also but you need to be careful so as not to drop it. Just make sure it is pretty loose but leave it on the stud. Use a Box wrench.
3) Then take the Seat Belts out of the 2 Belt guides on the back of the Seat. Mine had 2 on each side. There was a snall open square at the back of the guide. I placed the flat head at the top of the slot paralell with the garage floor and pushed in slightly while pulling the clip apart. This worked on all 4. Then I pulled the three seat belt over to the end of the seat and pushed to the back so I could remove the seat.
4) Now pull out the botton 2 inches only (Gets you over the Trunk Access slot) and pull up 2 inches only. There is a Wire harness in the middle at the bottom that is tight and you don't want to break it.
5) then reach under the Middle at the Bottom and grab the harness with both hands and disconnect. You won't be able to see it but can pinch clip to release as you did the others. Then pull the seat up and out being careful of the Wire harness on the passenger side that I didn't remove becasue I felt I could remove the Struts even with it connect and the seat moved forward. If you want to remove it it looked like you need to remove the harness cover with a 12MM socket and then unclip the harness but I did not do this.one harness on the passenger side. FYI - The stud left when you loosened the Bolt is in a slot on the Seat and will allow you to pull the seat up and out easily.
Then to raise the Back of the Cover behind the seat, you need to
1) Pop open the 2 Inch clam clamps with a Flathead screw driver and remove the 2 small interior colored Clips.
2) Next remove the Child Clip covers and place a 2 X 4 between the Support and the Cover to allow you room to Remove the Struts. I don't think you need to go through the hassel of completely removing the material. But others may want to. Looked like a lot of work.
