Condensation in headlamp

Condensation in headlamp
Noticed the other day my passenger side head lamp was out. Ordered a new set of bulbs from eBay for $75 shipped. Today went to replace the bulb and noticed condensation in the headlamp which is probably the cause of the bulb not working.
Has anyone had the condensation problem and if so how did you remedy it? My car is CPO and still under warranty but the lamps are excluded if I'm reading it correctly. Planning on giving the dealer a try anyway and hoping they replace it under warranty. I searched and found that RS Models have this problem but nothing on the LS.
Help plz don't want to buy a new headlamp if I can avoid it or at least have lexus pay for the defective part.

Bulbs are not covered but headlamp assembly should be. If there is a hole from road debris or something that is allowing moisture in..your out of luck. Maybe if there is a bad seal, maybe they will help you out. They may try to say improper bulb install led to the moisture because normally thats when issues occur
