It's the way you need to do it. Select item, add to query, and then select the others and do the same. Then submit it. Fill out the information and they get back to you within 24 hours (week days) and let you know if they have stock, with an invoice. You click on the link, put the full price that of the invoice in paypal, pay it and 48 hours later you will get a shipping notification. At least that is how it worked for me.
To be honest with you I dont remember but, they shipped with DHL and I would ot gotten the cheapest method...If they took a week or 4 weeks, it was not a crazy rush for me.
It came to $13 for shipping to 06339, maybe because your in CA ?

No, maybe I got lucky, I was the one who found them. I ordered them on the 10th (after they sent me the invoice), they emailed me and said they had them in stock and they shipped them on the 13th, I got them on the 14th. I was and sill am shocked on how fast I got them. I plan on installing them today.
