Yeah the wheel thread is ok but definitely doesn't answer lots of questions people may have if they are going to the extreme's. But it is helpful for those looking for the basics.

And your point? That just means you have two years to pass on info that only takes as much time to post what you posted above.....but with far more value.

My setup changes ever so slightly but enough. Tires vary in actual width even if they are listed as the same size. With my suspension setup and wheels... the tires I choose to use will either rub the upper control arm or not. If it does then I may or may not use a spacer to clear the control arm. I ride on airrunner suspension so I have to think about where my wheels and tires are going to go once they dive deep into the fenders aired out.
