Looking at replacing my wife's '02 430. We have found a '10 cpo sport edition at a fair deal.
Are there any items I should be concerned about over a standard LS? My wife is concerned a sport might ride rougher, etc. I'm concerned about the air ride and brakes. Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

Just my opinion but I would save my money and just get a RWD without the air suspension. The car stops good as it is and the normal strut suspension is just fine, and it will be a lot less problematic and cheaper to fix in the long run . From many of the journalistic reviews the sport versions are mild enhancements and will not be rough. It's not a bad idea to test drive both and make a determination if it's worth it.

I had a 2010 Sport and had lots of problem with brake squeal when the original brakes were replaced. They could not stop the squeal and I wound up working a deal with them on my 2011 non- Sport. I am not sure that they have a cure for the Brembo squeal but others with Sport versions could lend some input. Other than that, I loved the car. I never had problems with the air suspension and found being able to adjust the suspension to be a great feature. In the Sport setting it tightened the suspension and it was fun to drive. In the normal mode, it was your typical softer riding LS.
